Clean Teeth and Gums are Healthy Teeth and Gums

Dental hygiene is a very important part of keeping a healthy smile. Here at the Smile Studio our hygienist Laura is specially trained in the prevention of gum disease.

Laura will examine and chart your gums and focus on bleeding, swelling, and the presence of plaque and calculus. She will remove plaque and surface stains using a cavitron and prophy paste and advise you on how in the future to look after both your gums and teeth by re-educating you with regards to how you use your toothbrushes, electronic aids and inter-dental brushes.
